Return/Refund Policy

All products purchased at DOGGONEITS.COM can be returned for a full refund within 10 business days of the date of purchase. Defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt and posted within 5 business days.

The following conditions apply to all returns, exchanges, and refunds:

1. All products must be returned in their original packaging. Food, vitamins, or supplements must be unopened to receive a full refund.

2. The original receipt must accompany all refund/return items.

3. Refunds are not available for items that are damaged after purchase.
